What is Inner RePatterning?

It is
an energy therapy technique that stems from EFT
(Emotional Freedom Technique)

It does
not require understanding of the problem in order to
clear it

Unlike
conventional methods of using EFT, it does not require,
finding the words that represent the problem

It does
not require finding the past events and clearing those
events (past events however may pop up, but you do not
have to talk about the event (If a person chooses to
talk about it, that is OK)

It can
get results quickly

It is a
gentle technique

easy to use
About Inner RePatterning
Inner RePatterning was
developed by Tania A Prince. Tania is recognized master in
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Inspired by the work of
Eckhart Tolle, Tapas Fleming and Larry Nimms, Tania
developed the Inner RePatterning approach as a simple
approach to working with complex problems, one that does not
require exploration detective work.
Goal of Inner RePatterning

The goal of inner RePatterning is to
release any attachment or identification to the problem,
to release everything in the past connect to it and any
projected future connected to the problem, so that the
person can be more present in the moment.
