Why learn TAT?

What is TAT?
- TAT is an energy psychology technique.
- Whilst EFT uses gentle tapping, In TAT the client is asked to place their fingers on specific positions on the face and back of the head. Whilst holding this position they are asked to think a specific thought in their mind.
- It was developed by Tapas Fleming in the 1990’s.
- It is stunningly simple to use.
- It does not require extensive information on the problem in order to work on it. In fact very little information is required.
- It is incredibly gentle as a technique and does not require the client to access feelings in order to deal with issues.
- It is quite common to describe a sense of it just melting away.
- It is an incredibly relaxing technique in its own right; clients often notice a powerful feeling of relaxation.
- It can be used over the phone with clients.
- It is incredibly easy to do self therapy using TAT as it does not require analysis of the issue.
