Conferences, Retreats & New Year Resolutions

Finally back to writing my blog. Christmas was idyllic. The children put on a wonderful show for the adults to show their appreciation for all the presents. We had singing, dancing, acrobatics and joke telling.

A beautiful story I heard over Christmas really warmed my heart. One of my nephews, of which I have many has a problem walking properly due to his hip bone not being in the socket when he was born. To help him my sister took up Yoga. Now they are sending him to a boxing club. So what is so special about that? Well the man running the club does it out of the sheer love of the sport and his wanting to help youngsters. He has done it for thirty odd years. He doesn’t charge. Should have seen my nephew pummelling the boxing bag and more importantly seen his posture.

Well with the new year comes the new courses.

My friends Carol Look, Emma Roberts and Sue Beer are running a workshop in London, What Has Love Got To Do With It (February 15-17th). If you would like to find out more follow this link, Should be good fun with some cutting edge EFT. If you are interested in going to the event, you can still get the early bird discount until the 15th of January.

For those looking to re-energise or just plain do an MOT for the new year, my Retreat will be on the 9/10th of February. I have changed the venue. It will now be held at the Stanneylands Hotel. What can I say, seeing the olde world log fire and tasting the cuisine just hooked me on the place (nothing to do with the fact it is local to me, honestly).

Well, bye for now. I am back to my favourite hobby of shreading the copious amounts of paper work you accumulate running your own business.

All the best,

Oh, by the way, the TV Show that I filmed last year on chocoate addictions will be screened next week on the 21st of January
