This simple technique is based on NLP techniques. At my recent EFT Retreat people noticed a change in their belief system as a result of doing this exercise. Changing the belief system is very important if you want to create abundance in your life.

Please note, there is no need to use the wording “Even though”, (as in the basic EFT set up).  Even though is a term used to switch the emphasis away from what follows it and put greater emphasis on the latter part of the sentence. For example;

Even though I am feeling under the heavy and overwhelmed I completely and totally love and approve of myself.

The bold text is emphasised because of the even though that starts the sentence. With the sentence set up in this simple exercise this is not required.

Tapping in Goal Orientated Gratitude
